During the RRTC's fourth year, a conference was held with scientists devoted to work in traumatic brain injury. This conference serves as the foundation for the publication of a book dedicated to the state-of-the-science in rehabilitation interventions in traumatic brain injury. Presentations at the conference documented the current state of the science in specific areas of traumatic brain injury research, identified areas of need for future research and suggested strategies, techniques and methodologies for more effectively providing rehabilitation services to people with traumatic brain injury. The book, State-of-the-Science in Rehabilitation Interventions in Traumatic Brain Injury, is to be published by Oxford Press.
